About me
I am passionate about how to improve K-12 decision-making and leadership capacity through the effective use of research. In particular, I believe strongly that the authentic voices and views of students, educators, and parents can be valuable assets to help leaders make better decisions - but that stakeholder data must be strategically collected and analyzed for maximum value. Not an easy task in today's education environment - nor in the past either! That is why I created the annual Speak Up Research Project in 2003 to help districts use data from their stakeholders more effectively. Speak Up is now the largest collection of authentic feedback from K-12 stakeholders on digital learning with over 6.3 million participants since 2003. Let's talk about how to leverage the views of students, educators and parents to improve teaching and learning!
